The Armor of God

(Please note, that due to technical difficulties, this recording is missing the first 5 minutes)

This Sunday, Brian Glodek. our Associate Pastoral Candidate, preaches from Ephesians 6:10-17 where Paul outlines the essential truths about the believer's warfare. Brian often references his own experience wearing protective armor while deployed in Afghanistan to clarify the importance of being properly geared up for war. Our Christian life is a battle. It is serious spiritual warfare. In Ephesians 6:10-17 we see encouragement, and the command, to be strong, to be ready, to gird ourselves with the "very armor of God" as we face Satan and the spiritual battles in which he will try to engage us.

7 Letters to the Churches: True North

"7 Letters to the Churches" continues with Pastor Chris Garrison teaching from Revelation 2:8-11 where the apostle John writes to the church in Smyrna. Often the difficulties of life pulls our hearts towards them. But when we see Christ in the midst of the struggle, we get our true direction in life.

Handles: Depression

In this message in the Handles Series, guest preacher, Mike Miller, talks about depression in our contemporary society. Depression is the result of the many tools Satan uses against us as he feeds us lies that we believe about who we are or about our circumstances. But there is Good News! The Bible tells the truth: God loves us and will never forsake us!
